I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative individual and couples Counsellor. I am also a Clinical Supervisor.

Humanistic Integrative Counselling is a holistic approach that incorporates and integrates elements from other counselling modalities. I believe that integrating a range of approaches is much more beneficial and allows me to tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.

I AM:​  

  • An Integrative Counsellor with extensive additional specialist training​

  • A Senior Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society (NCS)

  • An Accredited member of the Foundation for Infant Lost Training

  • A Member of British Association  for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

  • A Clinical Supervisor

I HAVE:

  • BACP Accredited Advanced Diploma (Professional training) in Humanistic Integrative Counselling

  • An advanced qualification in Couples Counselling

  • Additional qualifications in Pastoral and Clinical Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Counselling 

  • A Certificate in Supervision

ABOUT ME:

I have always been passionate about people, which has previously led me to be involved in mentoring young girls, running a girls football group and becoming a befriender for people experiencing mental health issues.

I have worked for the following counselling organisations:

Cruse Bereavement Care, The Listening Centre and Ealing Abbey Counselling Service.

I am the founder of New Life Therapy and I currently run this service alongside volunteering for Marriage Care.
