Cancellation Policy

If you wish to reschedule or cancel a session, you will need to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from the scheduled appointment time. The full session fee will be required if you fail to reschedule or cancel within this notice period, irrespective of the reason. Please be aware if you have booked one of the Individual or Couple Packages and you fail to cancel within the cancellation period, you will forfeit that session.
